10:15am - 4pm

These "hybrid" bootcamps will burn 850-1275 calories per class and will
increase residual calorie burning for the next 48-72 hours. This is the
ultimate mix of resistance training, cardiovascular training, and balancing,
isolateral, and explosive movements.
